If you’re feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, relationship stress, anxiety, or depression, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Many of the clients I work with appear high-functioning on the outside but feel stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure of who they are or where they’re headed. I work with adults navigating relationship challenges, mood disorders, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder. I also frequently work with college students and young professionals navigating identity, independence, and changing relationships.
Together, we identify patterns that keep you stuck, strengthen emotional regulation, and build skills that create meaningful, sustainable change. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and sessions are structured, collaborative, and focused on practical growth.
I value direct, honest conversations and appropriate humor in the therapy room. You can expect thoughtful feedback, real conversations, and space to talk openly about what isn’t working — without judgment. If you’re ready to move forward, reach out to schedule a consultation.
